  • Spring Yoga Retreat in Italy with Clare Dobson & Clive Fogelman

Every spring, Clive and me escape to the beautiful Pugliese countryside of southern Italy for a very special 7-night yoga retreat. It is held at the stunning Masseria della Zingara, a charming 18th century farmhouse with a private pool, set in 20 tranquil acres of olive, cherry and almond groves only 7km from the unspoiled Puglian coastline. Every year is such a special treat, with a fantastic group of yogis plus amazing hosts and incredible food. We can never wait for the next one! For more information on Clive please see his website www.helloyoga.co.uk.

  • Costa Rica Yoga Retreat with Clare Dobson & Adam Hocke

Our Costa Rica Yoga Retreat was inspired by the natural rhythms and waves of our beautiful setting at the Blue Spirit Retreat Centre. We found freedom and joy through mornings of energising vinyasa flow yoga, afternoons of tropical adventures and excursions, and evenings of guided relaxation. Supported by Clare and Adam’s hands-on adjustments and individualized modifications for your body in every class, the retreat was open to all levels. Blue Spirit Costa Rica is a centre of the highest calibre, frequently hosting internationally prominent teachers and attracting students from around the world. Located on the Southern end of Guiones Beach in Nosara, on the Northern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, the centre is perched on a hilltop that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three-mile long white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge – Blue Spirit offers an extraordinarily beautiful and natural setting on one of Costa Rica’s renowned beaches. For more information on my brilliant co-teacher for this retreat see his website www.adamhocke.com.

  • Tilton House Summer Retreat with Scandoir

OA beautiful summer weekend retreat with Scandoir at the incredible Tilton House in Sussex. We indulged in yoga, delicious home-prepared vegetarian meals and quality time. 5 yoga classes took place in a beautiful 26ft yurt nestled next to the South Downs and humbling woodland views. Every morning we enjoyed an intelligently sequenced vinyasa class, while the evenings saw us practicing relaxing yin sequences, meditation and restorative yoga. For more information on Scandoir and their retreats, visit their website www.scandoir.com.
