I LOVE LOVE LOVE my ‘Morning Warriors’ every Thursday and today was no exception! Continue reading
Every Thursday I teach a morning class at Glow Yoga. This morning, when my alarm went off, I was enjoying the most wonderfully sound sleep. The alarm therefore was not particularly welcome, but being a creature of habit (and knowing that I can’t just leave my yoga students lying on a mat teacher-free!) I crawled out of bed and begun my Thursday morning routine.
Calling all early birds!
The gorgeous Nahid of Good Vibes (look at her in Stylist being all brilliant and stuff!) has buttered me up into teaching an early morning class again at Glow Yoga.
The wonderful Good Vibes has a new website and it’s as delicious as the place itself! Check it out HERE!
Love & light as always!
As a teacher with a big respect and fascination for the body (plus a background in Sports Therapy), I am fussy. Way too fussy on how yoga “should” be taught. It’s not that I know more than everybody else, or that my ways are necessarily correct. I just know what I think and why I think it and if I’m teaching something in a certain way then there is usually a reason for it. Likewise if I feel I don’t have a reason or the knowledge I think I should have on a pose or a posture, then generally speaking, I won’t teach it. Like I said, fussy!
