Massage is a physical treatment that uses various techniques to gently manipulate the soft tissues of the body – the muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is highly beneficial for general health and wellbeing but in particular is a wonderful addition to a busy, stressful lifestyle or hectic athletic training programme.
Clare is fully qualified in Advanced Massage, Muscular Techniques and Sports Therapy and has a thorough knowledge of anatomy & physiology. She offers tailor made treatments based entirely upon client requirements and is always thorough with appointments offering advice on posture improvement, gait analysis and stretching where required. Prior to studying Sports Massage & Therapy she gained qualifications in Holistic & Swedish massage and often draws upon relaxation techniques when offering sports treatments as from experience results are often seen much quicker this way. Where necessary a purely relaxation based massage appointment can be arranged.
She is available for bookings and home visits as well as corporate and event work.
