8.45 – 9.30am: Flow to Go @ Glow Yoga

Tuesdays
6-7pm: Foundation Class @ Glow Yoga
7.15 – 8.45pm: Deep Flow @ Glow Yoga

Wednesdays
7.30 – 8.30am: Flow Yoga @ Glow Yoga
8.45 – 9.30am: Flow to Go @ Glow Yoga

Thursdays
6-7pm: Foundation Class @ Glow Yoga
7.15 – 8.45pm: Deep Flow @ Glow Yoga

Saturdays
9.30 – 11am: Deep Flow @ Glow Yoga

PRIVATE LESSONS, SMALL GROUPS & CORPORATE CLASSES

£60 per hour (dependant on location), however discounts will be made for anybody booking 5 or more classes.  Small group and corporate classes will be dependant on your requirements and the number of people you would like in your class, please get in touch for more information.
